    Experience :– 5 to 7 yrs in Corporate/B2B

    Qualification :– Graduation, MBA would be an advantage

    Key Results Areas (KRA) –
    • Acquire new clients in the specific region and responsible for targeted revenue generation.
    • Revenue generation will be considered only on successful collection within specified periods.
    • Interact, Maintain, Retain and ensure a committed and partnership based excellent relationship with the clients. Will be responsible for managing the account in terms of sales, collection & service. Retention % of client will be part of the performance parameter.
    • To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing the business development.
    • Comply with SOP’s of the company to ensure business professionalism & integrity.
    • Should be role model to his team (if any). Will have to handle clients directly also.

    Key Results Areas (KRA) –
    • Responsible right from registration of transporters to Delivery & POD and ensuring smooth functioning of the entire operations process.
    • Ensure strict compliance of transporter verification process as per the SOP’s laid down by the organization.
    • Ensure the team of Field Operations Executive reporting and functioning as per process.
    • The customer service teams will also report into him and will ensure that high standards of customer service is given to our clients.
    • Ensure every problem of the customer & transporter is addressed and attended to , thus , ensuring retention of the customer & transporter . Retention % will be part of the performance parameter.
    • One-point contact for both internal (Employees) and external (customers & transporters) stakeholders.
    • Comply with SOP’s of the company to ensure business professionalism & integrity and work in collaboration/co-ordination with other verticals of the organization
  • Job Title :– Sr.Field Executive/ Field Executive – Operations

    Experience :– 1 to 3 yrs

    Key Results Areas (KRA) –
    • Responsible for achieving the target of transporter registrations.
    • Ensure strict compliance of transporter verification process as per the SOP’s laid down by the organization
    • Treat each transporter as their client and ensure they are given utmost care and services
    • Ensure every problem of the transporter is addressed and attended to , thus , ensuring retention of the transporter . Retention % will be part of the performance parameter.
    • Report to Manager and ensure mutual respect of the functioning of Organization structure.
    • Comply with SOP’s of the company to ensure business professionalism & integrity and work in collaboration/co-ordination with other verticals of the organization.
  • Job Title :– Sr.Executive/Executive – Operations

    Key Results Areas (KRA) –
    • Handling, Inbound & Outbound calls /Mails/APP/SMS etc, for complaints & support .
    • Responsible for achieving the target of complaints resolution within specific deadlines.
    • Ensure strict compliance to the SOP’s laid down by the organization,for complaint resolution of both the customers and transporters.
    • Ensure every problem of the customer & transporter is addressed and attended to , thus , ensuring retention of the customer & transporter . Retention % will be part of the performance parameter.
    • Report to Manager and ensure mutual respect of the functioning of Organization structure.
    • One-point contact for both internal (Employees) and external (customers & transporters) stakeholders. Work in collaboration/co-ordination with other verticals of the organization.
    • Customer Satisfaction (Both internal & External) will be the measure of performance.

  • Job Title :– Manager –HR & Admin

    Experience :– 3 to 5 yrs

    Qualification :– Graduation, MBA would be an advantage

    Key Results Areas (KRA) –
    • Responsible for all levels of talent acquisition through direct, referrals, university programmes and/or consultant hiring.
    • Provide advice, expertise & assistance to all levels of personnel both internal and external on various HR related matters.
    • Meets established metrics of hiring, payroll management , attendance and maintaining the retention % of performing employees.
    • Being a start-up, needs to ensure all employees are motivated and charged up. Needs to drive the organization culture throughout.
    • Conduct various employee related programmes under the organizational guidelines.
    • Responsible for identifying the basic need of training and conducting them on a regular basis.
