    • The transporters can then express their interest in taking it up by bidding.

    • Once the selection has been done and approval given, a convenient time and day will be scheduled for pickup of consignment.
    • The consignment gets delivered and the Proof of Delivery is uploaded online.
    • You can pay the bill to Box Office, as per the mutually agreed contract.
    • For Non-Contractual customers, they need pay on line.

    Currently, your requirement just goes to a broker/transporter in your locality of business who has limited no. of vehicles with him. Hence the freight charges are not affected, in fact,many times, even jacked-up. Few brokers & transporters control the pricing system, in this case.

  • WHAT IF THE TRANSPORTER BIDS FOR IT AND DOESN’T TURN UP ?

    Box Office will arrange for an alternate vehicle at the earliest and you will be given appropriate discount in the current/subsequent bill. The defaulting transporter service rating will be downgraded which will affect his performance and future business.

  • WHAT IF THE CONSIGNMENT GETS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT ?

    Box Office will arrange and support for all the documentation needed to claim the value of your consignment from your insurance company.The transporter will be blacklisted from Box Office, if the damage of the consignment is due to the negligence of the transporter/driver. However, it will be decided mutually, on case to case basis, considering all the factual evidences. Any damage due to uncontrollable factors will not be part of this compensation/support.We will not be liable for the consequential losses, if any.

    We ensure safety & protection of goods in transit through our insurance partners. You can avail of this service if needed, by informing us in advance, at the time of booking your order.

  • WHAT IF THE CONSIGNMENT GETS DELAYED FOR THE DELIVERY ?

    Box Office will compensate for the freight charges partly/fully to the customer, in the current/subsequent bills for Exorbitant delays due to negligence of the transporter/driver. However, it will be decided mutually on case to case basis, considering all the factual evidences. Any delay due to uncontrollable factors will not be part of this compensation. We will not be liable for the consequential losses, if any. The transporter will be blacklisted from Box Office, if the Delay in Delivery is due to the negligence of the transporter/driver/self-inflicted reasons and it’s repetitive in nature.

  • WHAT IS THE PAYMENT MODE/METHOD ?

    After delivery, the POD will be uploaded online by the driver and is sent to your mail id. It also gets uploaded in your account on the APP/WEB, from where you can mail/print/download/Pay your bill. The payment can be made thru our online portal PAYUMONEY or direct transfer in our Box Office account. The payment cycle will be as per the mutually agreed contract with Box Office. For Non-Contractual customers, the payment has to be made online.

  • WHAT IF THE APP/WEB IS DOWN OR THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH THE INTERNET ?

    You can call us or send a mail from your registered Mobile Number or Email Id. We will update all the details to your registered account, once the servers/internet are up and running.

  • WHOM TO CONTACT FOR ANY SUPPORT DURING PICK UP TO DELIVERY ?

    The transporter and driver phone number and other details will be shared with you. They will be happy to help you, in case of any support required. Alternatively, you can also contact our dedicated Box Office Operations & Customer Service teams for customers.

  • HOW DOES YOUR BUSINESS WORK ?
    • Register with Box-office and our field operations team will visit you personally to validate & complete the registration process.
    • The client’s requirement will be sent to the transporter online.
    • The transporters are encouraged to bid for the business.
    • The bids would then be sent to the client for selection and approval, based on your price & service ratings.
    • After selection and approval, a convenient time and day with be scheduled for pick-up of the consignment.
    • The transporter will ensure that the consignment will be delivered safely and on time.
    • Once the consignment has been delivered, and a clean Proof of Delivery uploaded the agreed payment will be transferred to the transporters bank account, hence ensuring immediate realisation of payments.
  • WHATS IN IT, FOR ME ?
    • Guaranteed payments to the transporters directly to their registered accounts.
    • Payment to transporter is done by Box Office and is not simultaneous to receiving payments from clients.
    • Complete access to the clients through online and real time bidding, thereby ensuring fair and equal opportunity to every transporter. No middlemen/broker involved to have an access to big clients.

  • WHAT IF THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THE BIDS AND CANCELS IT LATER ?

    Box Office will compensate for the fuel charges incurred to go to the customers pick up address. Customer will be informed sternly on this incidence. He will also be levied with minimum charges in the next order, for cancellation after acceptance of the bid.

  • WHAT IF THE CONSIGNMENT GETS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT ?

    Box Office will arrange and support for all the documentation needed to claim the value of your consignment from your insurance company.The transporter will be blacklisted from Box Office, if the damage of the consignment is due to the negligence of the transporter/driver. However, it will be decided mutually, on case to case basis, considering all the factual evidences. Any damage due to uncontrollable factors will not be part of this compensation/support.   • WHAT IF THE CUSTOMER DOESN’T PAY THE BILL ON TIME ?

    The payment to the transporter is not linked to the payment given by the customer. Box Office will pay the transporter even if the customer delays/doesn’t pay the bill. Customers will have a contract with Box Office for bill payments and hence it will be the responsibility of Box Office.

  • WHAT IS THE PAYMENT MODE/METHOD ?

    After delivery, the POD will be uploaded online by the driver. Once POD is uploaded, the invoice gets generated and is sent to customer mail id. The POD will go to Box Office and the customer for verification of remarks. Once it is confirmed as a clean POD, the bill of the transporter will be settled to the linked bank accounts with Box Office.
